What happens if you haven't yet worked with people in my field?
I have worked with thousands of clients in a wide scope of private practice and "independent" industries. Most likely I have worked with people in your field. Yet, I have to share with you that if I haven't, you are not at a disadvantage, quite to the contrary. Here's why: people in your field are probably ALL doing the same things to attract new business. I'll guess this creates a lot of repetition. What my current and former clients have found exceedingly helpful is that I bring an extremely fresh perspective to their business growth process and give them resources they'd never heard of in their field. Because of this, they stand out in an overcrowded marketplace.
How are you different from other "business coaches?"
Although we will occasionally touch upon time management and other "business coach-y" things, you have me as a Business systems expert and coach. I ONLY work with business leadership, practitioners, industries, direct sale and businesses owner. In other words, I don't coach with people who work in large corporations and I'm not a Denise-of-all-trades-coach. I refer those businesses to other coaches. What that means to you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for the business leadership, practitioners, industries, direct sale and businesses owner. Because my focus is very narrow, what you get with me is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise. I've simply become an expert at this stuff and that's why my clients, groups and customers get great results (and I throw in a healthy dose of compassion, humor, encouragement, and prayer which ALWAYS helps!).
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
This business growth program, products were created for people who are absolutely excited and deadly serious about getting more business and ending what I call "the 2:30 in the morning” sweats", meaning, not waking up in the middle of the night anymore saying, "how will I ever get a full business?" They were created for you to put systems in place within a several months (sometimes a few months!), which will eventually lead you to getting all the business you need—not three, four, or many more years, which is a conservative estimate on the traditional time it takes to get your business fully up and running.
Being an overachiever myself, I'm known to work best with people who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to get business.
Consider what you'll do with me to be an action learning course. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a very different way of thinking and fully support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal: more business consistently.
For what type of professional is this program NOT going to work?
Please know I'm very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren't suited for my Coach programs and won't get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn't be fair to them.)
The Coach programs are NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It's been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month's rent check or mortgage payment.) If you fall within this category, it's absolutely OK. We've all been in times of financial crisis at some time.
How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a Business Coach?
To answer this question, it's probably best that I share with you a cross road resulting in"my story" that brought me to where I am today, coaching people like you on exactly what to do to get new business consistently.
That defining moment in my life happened in early1989. A few months before, we had our son I left my job and we had started a business in Easton PA. I run the business as my husband continue to work, got business right away, but not as many as we needed to pay the mortgage. One day, in the middle of the night, I woke up in a pool of sweat. All I kept saying to myself is, "What have I done?! Why did I leave my well-paying job just to struggle to get business? I don’t know how we will pay my mortgage; if I don't get any more business FAST!?" I tossed and turned for many nights, and in the middle of the night woke my husband. He sat quietly listening to me. After I explained everything, he said, "Denise, So just do whatever you're going to have to do, learn what you need to learn to get business, and then just do it."
At that very moment, I started to immerse myself in absolutely everything that had to do with business. I read every book on team development, leadership management, marketing, networking, and sales I could get my hands on. I took every course that was available. I essentially decided to become a self studied -expert on business. Lo and behold, within a few months, We had enough business to start a second location. During this process, I had an epiphany! The thing that I enjoyed MOST about my business was actually the growth, not making pizzas.
Soon, other business owners heard about my success and started taking me to the side and asking "Denise how do you have a grow business when the rest of us are facing a down turn? What am I doing wrong? Can you help me?" I'd give them a few things to do and told them to call me in a few weeks to tell me how it went. Almost every time, they called me back saying "Hurray! I got a new business!!!!"
I have since made a commitment to helping other business grow in record time through my Training session, Coaching Gym, products, master group, VIP groups, and private coaching days. I've worked with thousands of private clients, spoken in front of countless groups, and have created The business System™; a series of 60 day practice-building steps™ and the Owners Gym™ every type of Business needs to apply to get more business, in record time.
